Questionnaire - Legal Communication in International Settings - Needs and Challenges

The present questionnaire was developed by Assoc. Prof. Snježana Husinec from the Department of Foreign Languages at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. It served as an initial research instrument in the study titled Legal Communication in International Settings – Needs and Challenges. The primary aim was to collect general information on the challenges legal professionals in Croatia encounter in multilingual and cross-cultural communication. The questionnaire also aimed to identify areas requiring further comparative research, as well as opportunities for additional support through lifelong learning programs or the development of specialized language resources. Following the completion of the questionnaire, an oral interview, used as the main research instrument, was conducted with the same respondents to explore subtopics in greater depth. .
