MHZ9 was characterized as an RNA binding protein, and the associated RNA fragments by MHZ9 were investigated by CLIP-seq. Etiolated pMHZ9-MHZ9 or 35S-GFP seedlings were treated with 10 ppm of ethylene for 8 h, and then were harvested for further experiment.
