Development and implementation of an innovative technology for the production of dietary supplements enriched with natural products of plant origin

<p>DTS Sp. z o. o. undertook multifaceted research aimed at developing a method for freeze-drying juices using additional drying factors in the form of microwave radiation. The subject of analyzes under the developed technology were fruit and vegetable juices, which are a valuable source of substances with health-promoting properties, i.e. vitamins, phenolic acids, flavonoids, etc., which are highly sensitive to processing conditions. In addition, as part of the developed technology, emphasis was placed on naturalness and ensuring low degradation of nutrients, which will lead to the final creation of finished products in the form of dietary supplements, characterized by good physical properties and high stability.</p>
