资源简介:

This dataset supports the study "Rapid Decomposition of Brittle Rice Straw Reduces Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Shifts Carbon Allocation in Paddy Soils." It provides raw experimental data from a 150-day microcosm incubation using two Taiwanese soil types (Silty Clay Loam and Sandy Loam). The research evaluates the biogeochemical synergy between brittle rice straw mutants (IRB3) and Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) management. The data is categorized into: Greenhouse Gas Fluxes: Time-course measurements of CH4, CO2, and N2O, including calculated Net GHG emissions (CO2-eq). Soil Physical Allocation: Post-incubation distribution of macroaggregates, microaggregates, and silt+clay fractions, including carbon/nitrogen persistence within these fractions. Soil Leachate Chemistry: High-resolution solution data including DIC, DOC, NO3-, pH, and redox potential (Eh). This data demonstrates how specialized residues and water management shift carbon from gaseous emissions into stable terrestrial phases and physically protected macroaggregates.
