Comorbidity network association statistics and sex-stratified summary tables, "The biological clock of multimorbidity"

This dataset contains the complete, unfiltered relative-risk association statistics for every disease pair tested across all follow-up windows and populations underlying the comorbidity networks reported in "The biological clock of multimorbidity: temporal dynamics of disease co-occurrence in primary care" (manuscript under review), together with two sex-stratified summary tables (age at first diagnosis and disease prevalence by sex). The data derive from a case-control study of ~5.8 million individuals in Catalan primary care (SIDIAP database, 2008-2018). All statistics provided here are aggregate counts and estimates (relative risks, confidence intervals, event counts, and empirical Bayes shrinkage statistics); no patient-level or individually identifiable data are included. Access to the underlying patient-level SIDIAP records requires a separate application to the SIDIAP (see manuscript for details). Contents: 27 network files (RR_net_<population>_<window>.txt): unadjusted and shrinkage-adjusted relative risks, 95% confidence intervals, event counts, and directionality statistics for every tested disease pair, across 9 follow-up windows (cumulative: 0-1 to 0-5 years; conditional: 1-2 to 4-5 years) and 3 populations (both sexes, women, men). 2 sex-difference tables: mean age at first diagnosis by sex, and disease prevalence by sex, for every ICD-10 code studied.
