The provided .zip file contains gait data from bone tissue engineering experiments performed on the ovine metatarsus [1]. In these experiments, a 15-mm bone defect was replaced with a hydroxyapatite (HA) bioceramic scaffold, and the defect site was stabilized using an Ilizarov-type external fixator. The archive includes the following files: Data_GRF: Contains the mean values of gait parameters measured per day and per sheep: Maximum ground reaction force during the stance phase, normalized to the animal’s body weight (GRF/BW). Mean ground reaction force over the complete stance phase, normalized to body weight (GRF/BW). Duration of the stance phase (T). Impulse (Imp). Stance_Phase_Week3: Example recordings of ground reaction force during complete stance phases, measured 3 weeks after surgery. X-axis: percentage of the stance phase. Y-axis: vertical ground reaction force (N). Stance_Phase_Week10: Example recordings of ground reaction force during complete stance phases, measured 10 weeks after surgery.
