STREAM ES-UC.04.01 Weather data - Spanish pilot site

The Test case ES-UC.04.01 evaluates the proper activation of the local flexibility market in the Spanish pilot site, from the identification of critical hours when congestions are more likely and long-term market sessions are conveyed, to the activation of flexibility through short-term market mechanisms. In order to forecast congestions in the LV and MV grids, its essential to forecast the local consumption and generation. Additionally, since the main installations providing flexibility in the Spanish pilot site have been collective self-consumption and the hybrid PV+BESS installation, weather data was also critical to forecast the flexibility that would be available by reducing this generation. Weather data is an essential input for PV generation forecasting, since PV generation depends directly on the global horizontal irradiation (GHI). This dataset contains such information, including: Time Relative Humidity GHI Temperature
