Optimizing pipelines in task fMRI (processed data)

this file includes preprocessed task fMRI data for 3 different tasks and 2 different analysis models, which for the basis of results in the PLOS-ONE paper "An automated, adaptive framework for optimizing preprocessing pipelines in task-based functional MRI". Data are stored in .mat files (MATLAB or OCTAVE compatible).
