This study utilizes a document similarity methodology to develop parallel datasets for code translation, which primarily cover programming languages including Java, C#, Python, C++ and other major programming languages. The datasets are constructed by analyzing code implementations from open-source projects and pairing code snippets that share identical functionality but are written in distinct programming languages. These datasets serve as training data for models designed to achieve automatic code translation between different programming languages. The study demonstrates that the trained models can maintain robust translation performance even when a certain level of noise exists in the datasets. Furthermore, the research has expanded the range of automatically translatable programming language pairs, further validating the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
