Whole genome resequencing of three Saccharomyces pastorianus strains: DBVPG 6033 (GSY129, CBS 1513, NCYC 396), DBVPG 6261 (GSY134, CBS 1503) and DBVPG 6257 (GSY132, CBS 1260, NCYC 400). Samples were obtained from DBVPG Industrial Yeasts Collection, University of Perugia, Italy. A SOLiD4 sequencer was used resulting in 50bp single-end reads.
