Datasets for "Structural modifications in strain-engineered bilayer nickelate thin films"

Raw 4D-STEM datasets for the multislice electron ptychographic reconstructions and reconstructed phase image stacks reported in the paper "Structural modifications in strain-engineered bilayer nickelate thin films" along with DFT structures used for theory calculations. This repository includes the raw MEP datasets, MEP reconstructed phase stacks, ADF images used for Fourier transforms and cif files for DFT structures. The reconstruction code is based on the fold_slice package (https://github.com/yijiang1/fold_slice) and has been privously published at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.13787851.
