<b>Evaluating cervical length as a predictor of preterm labour in women with congenital uterine anomalies</b>

Women with congenital uterine anomalies (CUA) are at risk for spontaneous preterm birth (sPTB). Cervical length ultrasound is used to detect cervical shortening as a predictor of PTB. Our study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of cervical length surveillance in predicting PTB in CUA, addressing the limited research on its accuracy.
