PROSTATEx-Targets: Point annotations of lesion targets for the PROSTATEx collection

This collection contains point annotations (targets) of the findings identified in the MRI images of the ProstateX collection [1]. The annotations include the point location of the target, assignment of the prostate region where the target is located, determination of whether the finding is clinically significant or not, and the assignment of the Gleason Grade Group (GGG) for biopsied tissue sampled at the clinically significant targets. The annotations were originally shared as spreadsheets attached to the ProstateX collection. This dataset contains the earlier shared annotations harmonized into DICOM Structured Report representation. This dataset is available from the NCI Imaging Data Commons (IDC), and can be explored interactively in the IDC Portal using this link: https://portal.imaging.datacommons.cancer.gov/explore/filters/?analysis_results_id=ProstateX-Targets Specific files included in the record can be downloaded using the attached manifests.
