Data Collection: Collect daily values of water volume, effluent residual chlorine, sodium hypochlorite dosage and concentration at Shuige Wastewater Treatment Plant in Lishui City over a continuous 12-month period. 2. Data Processing: Screen the collected data to retain dates where the "effluent residual chlorine" meets the usage requirement, i.e., effluent residual chlorine > 0.1 mg/L. Calculate the sodium hypochlorite dosage per thousand tons of water for the retained dates using the formula: Sodium hypochlorite dosage per thousand tons of water = (Sodium hypochlorite dosage × Concentration) / Water volume × 1000. 3. Data Statistics: Using the sodium hypochlorite dosage data of each consecutive one-month period, calculate the average water volume and the average sodium hypochlorite dosage range per thousand tons of water for each month across the whole year. 4.
