Supplementary Files: Classification of Business Processes and Governance Theme Development for ICT Implementation in Nanostores
收藏资源简介:
This supplementary file supports the manuscript "From Laggards to Innovators: Navigating ICT Implementation in Nanostores" by providing detailed data derived from a preliminary study and semi-structured interviews conducted with six nanostores included as case studies in the main manuscript. Table A presents the identification and classification of nanostore business processes based on the Retail Process Classification Framework (RPCF). Each process listed was confirmed to be conducted by all six nanostores and assessed for its potential for digitalization, supported by the preliminary observations and relevant literature. Furthermore, each process is classified according to its supply chain orientation—supplier-facing, internal, or consumer-facing—based on the nature of the information and data exchanged among suppliers, internal actors, and consumers. Table B outlines the thematic development process for governance dimensions that emerged from the interview data, producing a transcript corpus totaling 12 pages. The table presents selected interview quotes and their alignment with governance themes, highlighting patterns that were inductively derived and supported by existing research. These supplementary materials offer transparency and depth to the empirical basis of the study findings and theoretical contributions.
