Photon Mass and the Volumetric Genesis of Motion
收藏资源简介:
This treatise explores the fundamental nature of the photon, arguing for thenecessity of an intrinsic, albeit minuscule, rest mass ($m_\gamma$) for a fullyconsistent description of energy-matter interconversion, particularly pairproduction from pure radiation. We revisit the foundational principles ofrelativistic dynamics, utilizing the Proca formulation to rigorously incorporate thismass term into electromagnetism. Furthermore, we introduce the concept of"Volumetric Genesis of Motion," positing that the observed propagation velocityof the photon is a direct consequence of the spatial volume emergenceaccompanying its creation from energy, rather than an inherent property of zerorest mass. This framework resolves apparent paradoxes surrounding the mass-equivalence of light fields.
