Supporting data for "Single-photon emission from single-electron transport in a SAW-driven lateral light-emitting diode"

Methods are described in the paper. Folders 'Figure 1' to 'Figure 4' contain the data used for plotting the figures 1-4 in the paper "Single-photon emission from single-electron transport in a SAW-driven lateral light-emitting diode". Folder 'HBT histogram' contains the organised raw HBT histogram Folder 'Time-resolved optical measurement' contains the raw time-resolved measurement histogram. Folder 'Matlab scripts' contains the Matlab scripts for data processing and fitting.
