Kinetic parameters of Tau244–372 fibrillization in the presence of different concentrations of full-length human PDI and its fragments as determined by ThT binding assays at 37°C.

Kinetic parameters, k, tm, and the lag time, were determined by fitting ThT fluorescence intensity versus time to Equation 1. The final concentration of human Tau fragment Tau244–372 was 10 µM. The buffer used was 10 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.4) containing 1 mM DTT, 100 mM NaCl, 2.5 µM heparin and 20 µM ThT.
