Data was gathered through the deployment of two distinct monitoring systems across four varying locations and connection types. The observation periods spanned from several weeks to several months. Specifically, the YSI EXO 3 monitoring system was placed at three different locations and affixed to fire hydrants, and the ATI MetriNet Q52 system was affixed to a service line within an academic building. These sensors captured multiple water quality parameters, including temperature, conductivity, specific conductivity, turbidity, fDOM, pH, ORP, and combined chlorine, at 5-minute intervals throughout the observation period. The data is split in to five separate datasets. Each dataset is stored in the .csv file format and named dataset_#, where # is the number of the dataset. Each dataset is formatted with labeled columns and values in the appropriate units. Additional supplementary datasets are provided that include the maintenance logs for the YSI and ATI sensors. A Python code is also included to read the data and create time series plots for each parameter.
