We sequenced 30 tissue samples from 15 colorectal cancer patients, including tumor and tumor-adjacent normal tissue (> 2cm from the primary tumor). These patients' plasma has been profiled. Overall design: RNA-seq of homo sapiens: colorectal cancer patient's plasma; Provided by Peking University First Affiliated Hospital; Constructed by NEBNext Ultra⢠II RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina; Purpose: To explore the relationship between plasma and tumor-microenvironment.
