STUDY ON THE EXTRACTION CONDITIONS FOR FLAVONOID AND POLYPHENOL FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF CYNOMORIUM SONGARICUM

An analysis of variance (ANOVA) combined with a Turkey analysis was used to analyze the results from the screening single-condition experiments. Next, by using Design Expert and Minitab statistical tools to analyze the data of Response Surface Measurement. Using the desirability function technique in design expert software, the best extraction conditions were chosen with the goal of obtaining the maximum TPC and TFC in different parts. To illustrate the relationship between results and the applied experimental variables, the fitted polynomial equation was shown as three-dimensional surface plots.
