本研究为针对两门残障人士实验性职业培训课程的评估研究。调研涵盖的维度包括：残障状况、教育经历、职业经历、由残障引发的工作难题、住院或身体康复中心休养时长、社会福利、实验性职业课程的选拔流程与评估情况、与职业介绍所及医疗部门（GMD）的合作经历、相关服务申请经历、当前就职情况、人生展望以及身体活动的主观负担感。背景变量包括：基本特征、居住情况、住房状况、家庭特征、职业/就业状况、收入、资本资产、受教育程度以及组织成员身份。
