ATAC-seq analysis of intratumoral CD8+ T cells in Vdac2-deficient and control B16-OVA tumors. Vdac2-deficient or control B16-OVA tumor cells were inoculated into C57BL/6 mice, CD8+ T cells were collected at day 14 after tumor injection by sorting from tumor tissues, followed by ATAC-seq analysis.
