This dataset contains the pod5 data from an Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing run using an R10.4.1 flowcell (FLO-MIN114).<br>There may be pod5 files from multiple runs, but those in this archive are those deemed assigned to this sample from dorado sup basecalling demultiplexing.
