Warmwater fish species of Upper. St Lawrence River Raw sequence reads

We sought to discern food web patterns in coastal bays/wetlands in the Upper St. Lawrence River. We collected three species of fish and parallel water and zooplankton (e.g. primary consumer) samples to determine the interrelationships between fish microbiota between/within habitats and how they relate to microbes in the water and primary food.
