资源简介:
Research has so far investigated recovery processes within the work environment during breaks, between shifts, after work, on weekends and during longer periods such as holidays. At present, there is little attention paid to the influence of the extent of morning recovery activities on energetic activation upon starting work as well as across the day. Due to disintegrated research efforts, it is not clear whether daily energetic activation can be increased or conserved through the extent of morning recovery activities. In this study we set out to examine whether the extent of morning recovery activities has an influence on energetic activation upon starting work and across the workday. Recuperative activities might not only aid up-regulation of energy, they might build resources that help keep high levels of energetic activation during the (work)day. We refer to state measures of energetic activation throughout the day and compare in what way the extent of diverse morning recovery activities (physical, outdoor, social, creative, spiritual, mental, virtual) predicts differential trajectories of energetic activation within the day. notReviewed other
