Microbial diversity on chicken manure and housefly larvae gut

The high throughput ultra-deep DNA sequencing data provided powerful insights on community dynamics in chicken manure microbiome during MON removal, which might be useful in designing bioremediation strategy for the treatment of MON-contaminated manure. These results can help optimize current remediation methods and provides new insight into the mechanisms of degradation of MON in chicken manure.
