Unique PD across the tree of life

This dataset has estimations of unique PD across all monophyletic clades in the tree of life. It includes mean value and the 95% confidence interval among the 1000 replicates in a jackknife analysis. The ages field includes node date estimate combined from the Open Tree of Life and OneZoom tree of life. The proportion_of_dated_nodes field is the proportion of descendant nodes that have date estimate arising from either of the two datasets.
