Genotyping by sequencing for detection of introgressed Hordeum bulbosum segments in Hordeum vulgare. GBS_H.bulbosum traits

Genotyping by sequencing (GBS) was applied to 146 Hv/Hb Inrogression Lines (ILs), as well as the frequently used hybrid donors “Vada”, “Morex”,”Emir”, “Golden Promise” (Hv) and “2920/4”, “2032”, “2929/1”, “A17” (Hb), in order to detect and localize introgressed Hb segments and to identify sequence polymorphisms of the analyzed ILs.
