This file contains the data with which the graphs in Fig 5 were generated.

The data is presented in excel format, named according to the figure it is used in. The numbers in the excel files are quantifications of the fluorescence of cells transfected with the construct indicated on the top line of each column. The second sheet and subsequent sheets contain the results of statistical tests run on the data using the Prism Statistical Analysis software package.
