The aptamer is a binding reagent with a high affinity and specificity to the target. Systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX) has typically been performed to discover a novel aptamer sequence that binds with a specific target.In this project, the whole NGS sequencing data from the PA-SELEX process will be uploaded.
