Raw reads and assembly of chromosome fusion in stickleback

A whole-genome assembly of fourspine stickleback was generated. Also, we sequenced transcriptomes of fifteen, brook, and blackspotted stickleback. We aim to find the chromosome fusions in threespine stickleback and how fusions facilitate subsequent freshwater adaptation.
