Actors engaged in open data in Normandy

This dataset was used for the realisation of this **[interactive dashboard](https://opendata.normandie.fr/pages/open-data-en-normandie).** It identifies public actors (communities, decentralised state services, etc.) and parapublics (associations, companies carrying out a public service mission, etc.) identified as **committed** in open data. “*Committed**” means an actor who: * publishes its data on a dedicated portal or/and, * publishes its data on a shared portal with one or more other actors or/and, * publishes its data on a national portal such as [data.gouv.fr](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/).
