Changes of gastrointestinal flora during the occurrence and remission of hyperuricemia

In our previous study, it confirmed that the occurrence and remission of hyperuricemia were partly mediated by gut microbiota, and anserine can effectively alleviate hyperuricemia. However, our previous studies were limited to fecal flora and failed to fully consider the changes of the whole digestive tract flora.This study provides a comprehensive map of the most common bacterial communities that colonize different parts of the mice gastrointestinal tract during the remission of hyperuricemia byanserine. It could be the starting point for further research on the regulation of hyperuricemia by gut microbiota.
