This dataset contains an example of super-resolution data on the arabidopsis apical meristem cell plates imaged on the Nikon 3D NSTORM system. The folder contains raw data and the different analyses steps performed using Grafeo v3 Matlab-based software package. The corresponding molecules were observed: Cellulose (CBM3) - CF568, Callose-CF488, hetero-mannans (PDM) - Alexa647
