Input files, parameters and scripts used in the analysis of the Identification of 14-3-3 and TRP interactions

In this File we provide a folder containing all data necessary to replicate the results obtained regarding TRP and 14-3-3 interactions. Four subfolders are contained: Scripts: Contains all the python scripts used in the generation and analysis of data. Coevolution_input: Contains the multiple sequence alignments used for coevolution analysis. Input_docking: Contains the files required to generate the Lightdock molecular dockings Input_MD: Contains the necessary files to replicate the molecular dynamics through NAMD.
