A Bibliography of Selected Works Relevant for the AI & Law and XAI & Law Scholarship

This dataset contains a bibliography of several hundred items related to research topics relevant to the eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI), AI & Law and XAI & Law. The bibliography was compiled during the course of the project. These items can be of interest of legal scholars, IT researchers, sociologists, and others interested in law and technology.
The data were created as part of a research project funded by the National Science Centre, Poland, entitled "The Understandability Requirement of Machine Learning Systems Used in the Application of Law" (No. 2022/45/N/HS5/00871).
