Database of the outcomes of the Co-creation Stage

Deliverable D6.2 presents the "Database of the Outcomes of the Co-Creation Stage," a repository designed to document, trace, and evaluate co-creation processes that help identify, select and implement Nature-based Solutions (NbS) within the DRYAD project. Building on the shared WP6 framework, which includes stakeholder mapping and the engagement roadmap, the database translates various regional co-design pathways into a set of indicators. These indicators cover context, process design, participation, inclusivity, decision-making, barriers and enabling conditions in relation to the co-creation process and reported outputs and benefits. The database tackles a common issue in participatory and complex interventions. Outcomes cannot be interpreted well without reliable documentation of the decision-making processes. By incorporating standard fields with brief descriptive entries, the tool strikes a balance between comparability and sensitivity to local differences. This approach allows for both, cross-regional analysis and context-sensitive understanding. Entries have been compiled by regional leaders using a shared template. These entries were improved through exchanges and internal checks with WP6 documentation and thought internal consultations. The database is meant to be a dynamic tool that can be updated throughout the project. It promotes coordination among partners, ensures clear communication with external audiences, and establishes a baseline for mixed methods process evaluation as well as future qualitative and quantitative research as work progresses.
