PF-01 mechanistic-portability audit: data and code release

Data, frozen protocols, provenance, deterministic analyses, and reproducible code supporting the manuscript "Auditing whether experimental mechanisms travel to human interventions: a seven-bridge partial-identification framework." The release contains three purposefully contrasting 60-article botanical frames, a seven-bridge three-state audit, all-order attribution, bundle value-of-information analysis, a deterministic decision ledger, a checksum-locked synthetic benchmark, and a protocol-locked nonbotanical positive control. The frames are not prevalence samples; unresolved evidence is neither failure nor validation.
