Contrasting arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community between two Rhizophoraceae mangroves

The goal of this project is to clarify the difference in arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community between two Rhizophoraceae mangroves (Rhizophora stylosa and Bruguiera gymnorhiza). We also aimed to clarify the difference in arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal community between their roots and soils.
