Efficacy of Oral JAK Inhibitors Combined with 308-nm Excimer Laser in Pediatric Progressive Vitiligo: A Multicenter Study

This dataset supports the manuscript “Efficacy of Oral JAK Inhibitors Combined with 308-nm Excimer Laser in Pediatric Progressive Vitiligo: A Multicenter Study.”
The dataset includes: 1. Sample Size: Calculated using G*Power 3.1, assuming 85% response for Group A and 50% for Group B, with α = 0.05 and 95% power. A two-tailed Fisher’s exact test indicated a minimum of 44 participants per group. 2. Data: Anonymized VASI, VIDA, and CDLQI scores were independently assessed by blinded evaluators. Lesion areas (VASI scores) were quantified using ImageJ 1.54g. Subjective and objective scores were strongly correlated (Pearson’s r = 0.95), and blinded rescoring of 10% of samples confirmed high inter-rater reliability (ICC = 0.92). 3.
