Clinical and pathological data from 290 early gastric cancer patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection

This dataset comprises clinical and pathological data from 290 early gastric cancer patients who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) at Fujian Provincial Hospital between January 2011 and July 2024. Variables include demographic, lesion, margin, and invasion characteristics, along with follow‑up outcomes. The data support the evaluation of the w‑eCura system for predicting salvage surgery necessity following non‑curative resection.
