资源简介:

Description This deposit provides the design data for the Double‑cone clamp (DCC), the tooling to manufacture its thin‑walled silicone inlay, and a 3D‑printable, self‑sealing DCC variant with union nuts. The files enable replication, modification, and use in standardized in‑vitro test setups. Included are CAD models (STEP and Parasolid .x_t) and manufacturing drawings (PDF). Contents and purpose rd-a2-001-00_a_PressureChamber.STEP — Original DCC pressure chamber (baseline design). rd-a2-002-00_a_CastingMould.STEP / rd-a2-002-00_a_CastingMould.x_t — Casting mold to produce the thin‑walled silicone inlay. rd-a2-003-00_a_PressureChamberSelfSealing.STEP — 3D‑printable, self‑sealing DCC version with union nuts. rd-a2-003-00_a_PressureChamberSelfSealing_3-8InchTo1InchAdp-HoseNozzle.STEP / .x_t — 3/8″ → 1″ adapter with hose nozzle for the 3D‑printable, self‑sealing version. rd-a2-003-00_a_PressureChamberSelfSealing_3-8InchTo1InchAdp-InflowOutflowAdp.STEP / .x_t — 3/8″ → 1″ adapter for pipe connections (inflow/outflow) for the 3D‑printable, self‑sealing version. rd-a2-003-00_a_SelfSealingSiliconeInlayCastingMold.STEP / .x_t — Mold to produce the silicone inlay used in the self‑sealing variant. Manufacturing drawings (PDF) rd-a1-003-00_a_HousingBottom.pdf rd-a1-004-00_a_HousingCap.pdf rd-a1-010-00_a_HousingCapStuetz.pdf rd-a1-005-00_a_HoseNozzle.pdf rd-a1-005-00_a_HoseNozzle‑LuerLock.pdf rd-a1-019-00_a_RingWasher.pdf rd-a1-012-00_a_CastingmouldTop.pdf rd-a1-013-00_a_CastingmouldBott.pdf rd-a1-014-00_a_CastinmouldCone.pdf Notes on formats Prefer the Parasolid files (.x_t) when working in Parasolid‑based systems such as SOLIDWORKS; the geometry opens with minimal translation because it uses the same modeling kernel. PTC Creo typically imports Parasolid (.x_t) very robustly; it often preserves feature geometry more faithfully than STEP on import. For maximum cross‑platform interoperability, the STEP files are also provided and work in most CAD tools. Self‑sealing clamp and inlay tuning The self‑sealing DCC uses a silicone inlay that must be tuned for the application. Wall thickness should not be chosen only for the self‑sealing effect; it should be selected based on both: the flexibility/durometer of the silicone compound, and the negative pressure (vacuum) level applied in the pressure chamber. As a rule of thumb: Softer silicones or higher negative pressures generally require a greater wall thickness to avoid over‑expansion and to maintain the target hydraulic resistance; stiffer silicones or lower negative pressures can use thinner walls to achieve sufficient compliance and sealing. The inlay length can, of course, also be adjusted to meet the desired resistance.
