A summary of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and single-cell amplified genomes (SAGs) from Antarctic geothermal habitats

This dataset presents summaries of 77 dereplicated high-quality MAGs derived through HiFi metagenomic sequencing and 224 SAGs from two mountains in Antarctic geothermal habitats.
