Analysis of mechanism of drying Browning of seedless white grape regulated by dehydration conditions based on lipidomics and membrane lipid metabolism

By analyzing the transcriptome of seedless white grape under different dehydration methods, the key genes related to membrane lipid metabolism and browning were discovered, this study provides a theoretical reference for the further study of the relationship between nuclear-free white dehydration browning and membrane lipid metabolism.
