16S rRNA gene sequencing of tobacco rhizosphere soil under different organic nitrogen substitution ratios

16S rRNA gene sequencing of rhizosphere soil microbial communities in flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. K326) under different organic nitrogen substitution ratios. Field experiments were conducted at two sites in Hunan Province, China, with four treatments: control (0% organic nitrogen), 40%, 50%, and 60% organic nitrogen substitution. Soil samples were collected from rhizosphere and analyzed to investigate microbial community responses to organic-inorganic fertilizer combinations in tobacco production systems.
