The Rural Bank acted as delegate to the Housing Commission for the sale and repayment of houses built by the Commission. These Head Office files contain the original loan application form and the "Consideration of offer to Purchase Housing Commission Homes" which gives full details of the applicant's financial status as well as personal information. There are also details of the final settlement of the loan.
