资源简介:
Sox2 plays a crucial role in neural stem cell self-renewal and differentiation. Phosphorylation of Sox2 at specific sites determines its chromatin binding and its ability to enforce self-renewal. To understand the mechanism via which Sox2 maintains self-renewal, we have used ChIP-Seq to map binding sites for wild type Sox2 and its mutants in neural stem cells.
