Data about Characterization of A Novel Acetyl Xylan Esterase and Its Potential Application on Wheat Straw Utilization

Acetylxylan esterases activity was determined using ρ-nitrophenol esters as the substrate. Single factor analysis was used to study degradation of the WSB by changing the pH, temperature, enzyme dosage, and enzymatic hydrolysis time.

以对硝基苯酚酯（ρ-nitrophenol esters）为底物，测定乙酰木聚糖酯酶（Acetylxylan esterases）的活性。采用单因素分析法，通过改变pH值、温度、酶用量及酶解时间，研究WSB的降解情况。
