Gymnocypris przewalskii is the only high-land endemic teleost living in the largest saline-alkaline lake in China, Qinghai lake. Its osmoregulatory physiology remains complicated for the lack of precise identification of response proteins. In this study, Transcriptomic method was used identified different expressed genes under saline, alkaline and saline-slkaline stresses.
